fruit sucks!
I am having the hardest time eating fruit. Anytime I have even a little bit, it shoots my levels up to over 130. Anyone found a fruit that has less of an impact on sugar levels? So far I've had it happen with apples and cantaloupe. I'm really missing fruit. Thanks!

Bad fruit
I may be in the wrong thread... but you should stay away from the dense fruits... I eat watermelon or pineapple every night before I go to bed, my average fasting results are 87...:)

Look for fruits that are lower on the Glycemic Index. Try those that are about 50 or less.
If you want something different, try freezing some grapes. ;) |
Underripe bananas are ok for me as are blueberries, clementines and strawberries. Melon and pineapple send me over my 120 limit
