multiple attempts to synch required.
Don't know whether it's a bandwidth, data base or app issue, there are several times a week it takes several attempts to upload new log entries. Tried it with a couple of different PC's and network connections. Maybe it's the time of day that everyone is trying log entries.

I have had the same problem. It usually goes through on the second or third try. I can handle that. The thing that I hate the worse than all that, is the freezing up of the App. It never fails, to not freeze up, when I don't have the time to mess with it.

Synch Issues
I am also having to attempt to synch 3, 4, 5 times before it goes through. I don't see any responses from Tech Support. Is this a bug that SkyHealth intends to address?
