Changed iPhones and can't get data on new phone
 

I switched from an iPhone 4 on AT&T to one on Verizon and restore did not bring in the data on my GlucoseBuddy program on the new phone. This data is online but how to I get it back on my new iPhone so I can continue to use the iPhone to enter data? It wants me to start all over again. My name and password did not help on iPhone. Thanks....

Did you previously purchase two-way-sync? If so, that should get you information back to your new phone.

I had to change iPhones and cannot get the "old" information onto the new. I believe I did buy the two way sync. What now? Cheers, Ken

If you bought the Two-Way-Sync add-on all you have to do is install GB on your new iPhone, set it up using the same user name and password that you used before. Go to settings; 2 way sync; and set that to ON (Download & Upload). Then Settings; Sync All Logs; and you should have all your logs back on your new phone. You may want to reference the "GB Help" Thread, as well. Good Luck! :)

Many thanks. I worked it a bit and then turned off the iPhone, rebooted and retrieved my previous log. Thank you so very much! Ken
