Unable to Sync
I haven't been able to sync for weeks. Sometimes, after displaying the "syncing" progress icon for minutes, I get the error message "unable to connect to the server". On other occasions the synching icon appears to be running but it never concludes. I have let it run for over an hour to no avail. How do I resolve this issue?

I am having the same problem. I have an iPhone. Used to be just now and then but recently it's the all the time that I can't synch. I recently had to change phones due to water damage...and my dd gave me her old phone which is just like mine. I have set the correct log-in in it but can't synch. Wasn't sure if it was just the phone or a Glucose Buddy issue. Hope it is fixed soon.

Searching for another app!
I have been using this app for years. I am beyond frustrated with the sync function (or the very lack of that function) and it doesn't seem that anyone from Azumio or Glucose buddy could care less.

Trying to Synch after purchasing Pro version.
Now that I see the comments I think I may have made a mistake. Time to go rate it in the App Store and let future folks know to look elsewhere!

Wish I would have checked the forum before paying for this app. I don't know what's bothering me more... the fact that others are complaining that sync doesn't work, or that the forum mods don't seem to be addressing this issue. I'm going to give it an appropriate rating in the app store. I'll also post on the Facebook page.:mad:

Sparse syncing!!
What has happen to GB?! Syncing is terrible now! I paid for this app via iPhone. Not a happy customer at the moment. Better business bureau is in order. Its no wonder they don't have a customer service number! Hmm....

I go into Settings and sync from there and it works every time, but the Sync icon usually doesn't work.

Thanks for the sync tip seems to sync from the Settings menu every time. The fact that the mods haven't responded to this show a real "we don't give a damn about our customers" attitude. Completely unacceptable. I will be adding this to the reviews on the App Store

My take on the situation
Skyhealth created GB,they were acquired by AZUMIO in 2010.
As it usually happens some employees quit, programmers were reassigned to other AZUMIO projects. Hence the current situation. Having issues with syncing between app and glucose buddy
I have been having issues with syncing my data from the app to the glucose buddy website. I use to be able to sync it fine and then if it didn't work, I would try again later. Lately it hasn't been working at all. Please get this fixed. Thanks. I have an iPhone and I really like this app.

Read through the replies in this thread. Everyone is having problems with the sync. Sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn't. I wish I could help but as Dano says I'm in the same boat as you are.:)

Sync & Upload DONT WORK
Same problem here. Worked a few times:confused:, inconsistent:(. Frustrating:mad:. Otherwise I do like the APP but might start looking for another one right away:eek:

One thing I tried was to go to the website and change my password once that was saved went back to GB and corrected password after that it immediately was able to sync
