Unhappy Unable to Sync

I haven't been able to sync for weeks. Sometimes, after displaying the "syncing" progress icon for minutes, I get the error message "unable to connect to the server". On other occasions the synching icon appears to be running but it never concludes. I have let it run for over an hour to no avail. How do I resolve this issue?

I have same problem, iphone used to be good but now won't synch even when website on PC. Just changed to Android that won't synch either.

I am having the same problem. I have an iPhone. Used to be just now and then but recently it's the all the time that I can't synch. I recently had to change phones due to water damage...and my dd gave me her old phone which is just like mine. I have set the correct log-in in it but can't synch. Wasn't sure if it was just the phone or a Glucose Buddy issue. Hope it is fixed soon.

Default Searching for another app!

I have been using this app for years. I am beyond frustrated with the sync function (or the very lack of that function) and it doesn't seem that anyone from Azumio or Glucose buddy could care less.

Default Trying to Synch after purchasing Pro version.

Now that I see the comments I think I may have made a mistake. Time to go rate it in the App Store and let future folks know to look elsewhere!

Both the ipad and iPhone, Is AZUMIO running under powered servers or coms?

Wish I would have checked the forum before paying for this app. I don't know what's bothering me more... the fact that others are complaining that sync doesn't work, or that the forum mods don't seem to be addressing this issue. I'm going to give it an appropriate rating in the app store. I'll also post on the Facebook page.

Angry Sparse syncing!!

What has happen to GB?! Syncing is terrible now! I paid for this app via iPhone. Not a happy customer at the moment. Better business bureau is in order. Its no wonder they don't have a customer service number! Hmm....

I go into Settings and sync from there and it works every time, but the Sync icon usually doesn't work.
