Insulin is the main cause of fatness..otherwise you can do daily walking in the morning to control your weight..

First of all I would suggest don't use any medication for weight loss. Then you need to do jogging because its also a good way to reduce the weight. You need a prefect diet plan and a good sleeping routing. I think you should also consider about your sleep.
