Thumbs up Tim from Virginia

Hi, I am Tim and was diagnosed with Type 2 in September and am trying to get back to normal with diet and exercise. I am a vegetarian so I am used to eating differently from most other people anyway so that is a help. So far I have lost about 10 pounds and my readings on that little machine that sucks my blood are almost halved and bouncing around within the upper readings of normal. I need to lose another 38 pounds to get into the safety zone.

Tim;

Welcome to the Forum!

Congrats on the 10 lbs lost and good luck with the remaining 38 lbs! Your blood glucose meter will show you how happy it is when the weight is gone.
