Default Life, Death and Choc Ices

Imagine this:

Every time you have to eat, you have to to take some medicine. If you take too much, you could end up in Coma. If you take to little, you could have long term complications including losing your feet. To make matter worse, there is no simple formula to work out how much to take. Its pretty much guess work.
