Hello from Australia
I was diagnosed with type 2 in 2005 at 48. Then I went into depression and just avoided the problem. With my wides help and my doctor I am trying now to get back on track.
Now I wait and see now we go. |

Welcome to the Forum!
You are very fortunate to have a caring wife. I wish you much success in getting back on track.

+1 from Oz. I was diagnosed 5 or 6 years ago, I keep forgetting when, because I have found it a struggle to remain compliant with diet and medications. Insulin is looming large on the horizon and I'm now determined to stave that off a bit longer. Back to using GB, which I had not touched for 5 months.
