Click on the image to delete and you will see a trash can icon on the bottom right side of the screen. Click on the trash can.

The images do not appear under phot app, only under the genius scan app and then the photo album.

If you don't have a folder on your iPhone called "Photos", then I don't have a clue.

I do, but this images do not appear there, I can only see them when I go to the application called genius scan. I can see them there under Documents ----> from library. I tried to delete them with no luck.

Well, I had to download the App to answer your question. Select the document under Saved Documents; choose Edit in the upper right hand corner; Select (-) minus sign at the left of the doucment (this pops the delete button up); choose Delete. Document is deleted. Or you can just use the trash can icon at the bottom left of the screen to delete them all.
