Unhappy Remembering

I am a Type 2 and take insulin multiple times during the day, and seldom at the same time. I am HORRIBLE at remembering to take it. Sometimes it's days between taking it. I've tried a number of different ways to remember and really need to get much much better at it.

1. Set meds out for the day
2. Put cap in pill space
3. set alarm.

None of this seems to work. Any suggestions?

Welcome to the Forum!

I set alarms to eat lunch and to take insulin at bedtime.

My sister is horrible at remembering pills. She found a watch at a department store with multiple alarms. She now remembers to take her medication twice a day about 85% of the time, up from about 45%. If you have a phone or Android device, you might consider getting DoseCast to help you remember as well.
