Not all data shows on the web site and Pro app
Hi,
I'm new to the site but has been using GB basic since end of Oct2015. I recently upgraded to GB Pro so started by sync data to the web. I noticed that not all data shows, only until 12/14/15. So from 10/28/15 until 12/13/15 data does'nt show. I proceded to email log entries from GB basic and all data was sent on the email. That was around 10 AM today. Since the "missing" data showed in the email, I went ahead and log in to the Pro version and selected "Sync All Logs" . It happened again but with a twist, data only shows until 12/14/15. I emailed again the logs from Pro app but now it doesn't show from 10/28/15 to 12/13/15. How can I recover the data into Pro app? Your help is greatly appreciated. |

Welcome to the Forum!
Are you using the same account name and password that you previously used for the free version? Take a look at the "GB Help" thread to make sure that you didn't miss anything.
