I have an iPhone6 with iOS 9.2 and when I open the app the keyboard used to enter the values is not there, see attached photo. The product has worked for a vary long time but know it is completely useless. This started happening with the free version and I figured this was just a way to get me to buy the GB Pro which I did and it did not solve the problem. I have a lot a time invested in this app and I hate to have to delete it and never use it again.

I've done all the trouble shooting that I can perform :

1. Delete and re-installed the free app.
2. Purchased the GB Pro.
3. Restarted numerous times.
4. Upgraded the OS to the latest version.

Nothing works. Please advise on how to resolve the problem or refund the money I paid for GB Pro
