Talking New from Denver, Coloarado
Hello, My name is Jose, I'm 31 and was diagnosed two years ago and have been struggling with my glucose levels. I was placed on medication right away and have been trying to loose a few pounds to help. Diet is kinda working but do you have any tips for me?

Counting carbs works best for us with diabetes.
