Smile Love this App

Really love this app. I find it hard to make myself put in the amount of insulin I take. Any points on being consistent? Any ideas I would appreciate. I have Spark People app and I would for this app and it to be linked together!

Welcome to the Forum!

Take a look at the "GB Help" thread when you get a chance. It has a few pointers in it.

I wish I had tips on consistency. I have always tested, but I have not always kept my logs current. You just have to make it a habit, I guess. I've been doing the best I've done in years by using this app. I didn't like carrying around a paper logbook.

The more data that you put in the more info you can give your consultant at your 6 monthly or yearly a1c test.
