greetings everyone!
I am so excited about this app. Someone at my doctor's office showed me this app, right after I asked for a glucose log sheet. This looks like a fabulous find. I have also mentioned to my nurse at work so she can recommend to others. Please give me your thoughts on this app, as I am just now exploring it-- take care.

Welcome to the Forum!
The app works great. I have been using it for several years and I have currently uploaded 16.8k log files. Just imagine writing all of that down. Read through the first three threads in the Type 2 Section, when you get a chance, if you have not already done so. These threads will most-likely help you a lot. Self education is one of the keys to successful management of your diabetes, along with a healthy / sensible diet and exercise. Basically, diabetes requires a life-style change for the better. Good luck with your control and management.

Thanks so much for your response. I did not do a good job in my introduction earlier. I am 52 years old and was diagnosed with diabetes in 2003. I was able to lose 100 pounds through carb controlled diet and exercise and have fluctuated since then... Now holding at that loss. I am hoping this app and the interactions will assist me in getting my glucose better controlled, motivate me to exercise more and provide me healthy menu ideas. I appreciate your sharing and will check out those areas as I explore the website. Thank you!

Well done, congratulations on your past 100 lbs. weight loss! It looks like you are on the right track. Sometimes, it is very difficult to manage the carbs, exercise, weight and meds with diabetes. Good luck to you, with your future control and management.
