The program and it's Sync issues are getting worse day by day. Tonight I have tried syncing over 20 times and still have logs to sync. I have given up for the night. When trying to get to the forum from the App I get errors such as password or ID is not correct or it can't establish a connection. The web site is slower than molasses in January and people are posting issues about it. Trying to get to the forum from the web site I get the site is unavailable errors. We don't get replies to our issues other than we are all having troubles or no one is answering from support. Even the forum moderator Dano isn't getting answers from support. The owners wrote a Company Motto,, I think they need to read it again because they sure don't follow it. I like many others have paid good money for this program and have not been happy with it at all as of late and based on the response I feel it is an abandoned program just waiting for it's death.
I will never buy another program from these people. It would be one thing if they would just respond to the issues but they don't. My patience has worn thin. |

Keep trying the sync periodically, some days work better than others.
