Another Newbie from L.A.
I am a 73 year old lady who was just diagnowed with prediabetes about a year ago. So far, I have been able to keep it under control with diet. I am very obese so don't exercise much, but I need to start walking. I live in L.A. so the weather is great for walking. I downloaded the GB onto my IPod Touch but haven't posted in it very often. I am starting to lose weight so want to keep track of my weight loss and BS.

Welcome to the Forum. Please feel free to join in the discussions. I am trying to lose weight as well. I use an iPhone App called LoseIt! to track my weight, calories, carbs and excerise. You may want to try it.

Newbie
I just found this app and am needing. Major tune up inall areas of diabetes management. I regressed in exercising after getting planters faciattius on my left heal. I finally rode my bike 20 min. Am dealing with arthritis in neck, back, and awaiting other diagnoses of more places/types, along with chronic sinus problems that make obtaining compet
ent medical treatment a challenge. I hope to get support here |
