I have been recording and syncing my glucose numbers but I don't know how to make use of the information, ie, why do we need to sync? How can I utilize the information? Where can I go to learn how to use Glucose Buddy?

The "GB Help" file is located here, click on the link.

We upload the data to the website, so that we can go to the GB Website; MY Diabetes tab; and view our information, create graphs, download the CSV file, etc.
