Default Diabetic the Hard Way

I became a diabetic July 3, 2013 when I had 75 percent of my pancreas removed along with my spleen. I have been in the hospital 37 times in 4 years. I was born with inverted pancreas which started to deteriorate. I have never been a drinker it just happened. I am a Type I diabetic and currently battling shots, high bs, and diet. I am supposed to be getting a pump but it seems to be taking a while. Battling insurance. I have read a lot on this forum and it has really helped. DBaker
