Default don't get it

Hi I am a 44 your old female and my blood sugar is all over, I take novalog injections. But I am confused on what to eat and how much I need of this and that! Can someone suggest any info.

Basically, you need to get your Endocrinologist to give you the insulin to carbohydrate ratio (ICR) and the insulin sensitivity factor (ISF). You will then be able to bolus for the carbs eaten as described in Advanced Carb Counting.
