Default Carbohydrates and your body

REMEMBER THIS IF NOTHING ELSE…Every thing that you put in your mouth, your body will do its very best to turn it into sugar… ALL WHEAT FLOUR TURNS INTO SUGAR INSIDE YOUR BODY... I do not care what anyone tells you, your body will find a way to turn all carbohydrates into glucose…there are several alternatives... such as flour made from nuts. But I personally don't like the taste.... OR WAYS TO SLOW THIS PROCESS DOWN...Meat... ... I am not saying gorge yourself on meat, but every time you sight down for a meal... you need to make sure that you have some type of good protein on your plate, if you or not a meat lover this can come from peanut butter. Green light vegetables, high in fiber - Yeah Boy!! Heavy dense vegetables are not so good... especially potatoes... yeah that is potatoes in any form, doesn't matter if you bake it, boil it or fry it... your body will still turn it into sugar... Fruit - Yeah Boy!!... watermelon, pineapple, berries, all very good - great source of fiber, along with the green vegetables.
Understand what goes inside your body - Everything that you put in your mouth, from the moment you start to chew your food, your body is doing everything it can to turn that food into sugar... yes SUGAR!!... EVERYTHING will be turned into sugar or highly attempted... We do need that glucose (sugar)... that glucose is our fuel for power, we cannot function if we don’t get glucose… there in lies the problem, too much glucose compiled with a body that can’t make insulin, or insulin that doesn't do its job - then we have diabetes. Cut out the excess… and the ways that your body can make excess.

Types of sugar:

Galactose: comes from milk – Ok but not perfect… really not too important to talk about unless you have issues with digesting dairy products…

Sucrose: regular table sugar – Not Ok --- I SAY AGAIN…. NOT OK

Fructose: natural sugar in fruits, honey – Ok if you eat the fruit that has a lot of fiber… do not ingest too much commercially made fructose, but don’t fear High Fructose…. It is no different than regular sugar.

Glucose: the natural sugar in our blood, we must have it to have energy, but too much is a very very bad thing! All the carbohydrates and starches that you eat will be turned into glucose!

Sucralose: is the best… the very best… some people call it an artificial sweetener, but if you do the research, you will see that those people don’t want you using it simply because you will stop buying regular sugar, and duh, where is the money in that… Sucralose IS REGULAR sugar but a better sugar were three hydroxyl molecules have been replaced with chlorine molecules… it is still as sweet or sweeter than your regular sugar, but your body has no clue as to what to do with it, so it does not affect your blood glucose AT ALL…. THIS IS THE BEST SUGAR!!

NutraSweet: the real name for this poison is called ASPARTAME… There is nothing natural about this disgusting chemical.
I will post a nice paragraph or two about the good and bad of Sucralose and Aspartame… stay tuned…

I disagree with your "facts." Sucralose is made by substituting the hydrogen in sugar with chlorine. Thus, sucralose is a chlorocarbon. Care to learn what else is a chlorocarbon? How about these products: DDT and other pesticides. Chlorocarbons make good pesticides because the body thinks they are sugars, breaks them down, and then is poisoned by the chlorine. The thought behind Sucralose being "OK" is that it supposedly not well absorbed, so very little of the poison gets into your body. As it turns out, that has been proven to be false in some lab animals, as much more was absorbed than initially thought. Sound safe to you? Sound like the "best sugar" to you? I would hope not. There is nothing natural about Sucralose. It was designed to be a poison and accidentally wasn't poisonous enough. Try Stevia.
