Default new to glucose buddy logging question

so if I test BG, bolus and eat at 8:00 am for example, I have to enter three different logs? And for the food log, do I enter a food item and is the "g" field for the carb grams or the weight of the food. I'm really confused about the food log and how it should be used. Is there some sort of "best practices" thread that I should read?

Thanks so much from a mom of a newly diagnosed T1 child.

Welcome to the Forum!

BG - Blood Glucose; M - Meds; F - Food; Make sure that you input the food and the meds as described in the "GB Help" thread. Please remember that you can enter all the information associated with BG, M and F (IE three logs), at once, if you need to.

I assume that you are interested in T1 information for children. There are several threads of interest in the Parents of Children with Diabetes Section. Some in the T1 Section may help you as well.
