Red face Hello From Norman Oklahoma
My name is Jamie and I was diagnosed with Type 2 in November. I have been doing great and lost 40lb but need to do more. I just purchased this app for my iphone and I was wondering if there on any basic instruction on how to use this app. Can anyone help?
