Fairly new to this...
I was diagnosed last September with TYPE 2 diabetes. I started off really well and then I became complacent and now I am hit and miss with taking my blood sugar and my medicine. Does anyone else have or had this problem?

Welcome to the Forum!
Read the first three threads in the Type 2 Section when you get a chance. I'm sure that you have heard this all ready, but diabetes is nothing to drag your feet with or to be in denial about. Get on a schedule and stick to it, your body will thank you later. Good luck with your control and management.

Yup I'm the same way! For the last 2 weeks I almost had a raw vegan diet and my BG was decreasing and now I'm kinda slipping, need to get right back into it! Don't worry you can't do it! We just need that extra nudge from time to time :-)
Good luck!!!! |

This is referred to as diabetic burnout, all too familiar for most of us. Just get back on the wagon and don't stress about what's done. You can do this!
