I am Susan. A new guy here, Guys i join this forum because of several reason making friend and gaining knowledge are two most reason. if its not allowed to post on this board,please delete this thread.Nice to see you guys here.I want to discuss about dietetics symptoms. I know that being thirsty is a sign of diabetes--but what about an appetite? Do you crave certain foods? Or do you feel hungry more often or have a loss of an appetite? this could possibly be a pre-sign. also read all these sign for example :- Unexplained weight loss, even though you are eating and feel hungry is also a symptoms of diabetes............

If you are experiencing the unquenchable thirst, frequent urination and rapid weight loss, I would suggest going straight to the doctor or visiting the ER for an evaluation ASAP.
