I don't know what happened but when I upgraded to GB Pro, it erased all the information that I was keeping in the free version. Now I have to start all over again. The graph shows up with all the dates that I had previously recorded daily numbers but there are no numbers there.

Hopefully you synced the info from the Free version to the web. If that is the case your data is there. Just do this:
The account name and password must be the same on all devices. Under "Settings", try the "Sync All Logs" on your iPhone, using the GB Pro App. This should populate all your data back onto the GB Pro App.

I just had the same question about moving my information from the free version to GB Pro. Your instructions worked great -- problem taken care of.
