I ate lunch and took my glucose. It was 182. Is that normal? I ate ham croqueta and a few pork rinds. is this normal.

Normal blood sugar is considerably lower than that. The best advice, that I can give you, is to have you read through the first three threads in the Type 2 Section. Here you will find what normal blood sugar should be and how to get it there. Good luck with your control and management.
