Default Need cooking

How do you cook large mouth bass (fresh water fish)? Need cooking/baking temp,how long,& if flipping is needed?

We usually marinate the fish in a tangy sauce and bake it for health reasons. A little olive oil can also be applied before baking the fish.

I use lemon slices on top drizzled with extra virgin olive oil, and lemon juice. I also add garlic and rosemary to taste.
