Default Cannot sign in on app

I am having trouble reaching my acc ount via the app. I can sign in on my computer but in the new app I downloaded I cannot sign in. I go to settings, account info, then i enter my user id and password, I click done and/or save and it still does not get me to my account. What am I doing wrong please? Thanks!

I also tried to create a new account using my old info but they rightly say that my email is already taken.

Reboot the iPhone, (ie turn it off then back on). Try the App again. If it doesn't work, then double check your username and password.

Default Still does not let me sign in on App

Dear Dano,

Thanks for the help idea but it did not work. It is uncanny. I can sign in on my pc but not on my app. I must be doing something wrong and perhaps stupid!

Just for grins, go into Notes and type in your password. Remember that the password is case-sensitive. Then, copy the password and paste it into the app. I've sometimes encountered iPhone apps that will mess with the capitalization of a password, making it impossible to enter.

Thanks. I will do so. But my password is only numbers. Is there no way to call someone? I emailed GB and got no response.

If you have not logged any data with your app, I would suggest deleting the app and re-installing. This has worked for others.

Me too. 5 months of data gone from my iPhone app (had to restore the phone completely due to another issue). So now resetting all my apps and passwords. Angry I give up

So I am giving up and switching to another diabetes app.
To recap: I could not log in on my old account with my new I phone ( replacing my older I phone. I tried all suggestions. I then opened a new GB account with a different email address but it would not let me enter my daily weight. It said that BP was available only with an upgrade. And yes, I was hitting the WT button not the BP. So, after a month of not tracking etc I give up. There are other diabetes tracking apps. What a shame that there was no one at GB to answer my numerous emails requesting help. Thank you to those who did respond to my problem and tried to help.
