Diagnosed is August
My long term glucose level was at 6.5. From my understanding, that is the bare minimum for diagnosis. At the time, I was 6'3" and around 310 #'s. Quit drinking sugary drinks and almost all beer (ouch), started excersizing a bit more and manage my food intake fairly closely. I'm down to 265 now, still 6'3". My numbers seem to run anywhere between the mid 90's and 130. I did have one week where my numbers were off the charts, but I think that was due to the fact that I was camped out at about 9000 feet in NW Montana in September and it was getting really cold. I read that both can effect the meter, so I don't really trust those numbers. Headed in next week for my first check in with the Dr. Hopefully the weight loss, better diet and excersize will pay off and I won't have to go on any meds. Also, anybody know how to get the logs off of the iphone app to a PC?

Welcome to the Forum!
Congratulations on the weight loss. It looks like you are doing well with your control and management. Quote:
If that is the case and you have created an account on the website, using the same username and password, all you need to do is hit the quick sync button. In the Glucose Buddy main menu you should have a "Quick Sync" button with a circled number in the upper right hand corner. Those are the number of logs in que, which are waiting to be uploaded.
