Logging the food I've eaten
How do you do it?

From the GB Help Thread.
Adding Foods: The food entries are a bit different from the blood glucose entries. Under Add Logs; Food; Add Food; Add Log; Create a food called Carbs. (grams), then pick that food each time you input your food. This method is very simple and lets you keep up with your food by logging carbs. However, to effectively use this method, you will need to learn to carb count. Try something simple first: Under Food; Add Food; Press + in the top right hand corner; Type in a name {I use Carb. (grams)} and save the food. Then under Pick Food(s) you should be able to pick the food (when done successfully you will see a check mark on the right hand side), then press Add Log at the top left, this takes you back to Add Log menu where you should be able to input the grams.

So, this program doesn't have a food list? I thought I would be able to look up what I ate and the program would know what that food contained.

Well, in a manner of speaking yes it does, providing that you can get it to work. It's called CarbTracker and runs inside of the GB App, but it is not free. I use something else, the list is at the end of the "Carb Counting 101" thread.

Good luck with that. I own the CarbTracker as well.

I have an ap called "my fitness pal" it is a weight loss calorie counting ap but it counts carbs, vitamins, fats, and everything else listed on the nutrition panel. It is awesome and its free! U type in what u ate and it inputs it for you. It also has tons of exercises so u can track how many calories burned.

I purchased the Diabetes App instead. Has better features than this one.
