Default new-possibly hypoglycemic

Hello! I have always had weird side effect associated with eating certain foods but now things seem to be getting worse. I have been feeling sooo weak and trembling on almost a daily basis for weeks now. I thought I was having some anxiety flareups but I did not have the stress of feeling anxious, just the physical symptoms. Other symptoms I'm having are blurry vision, trouble concentrating, feeling faint (but have not fainted), rapid heart rate, & some chest pains. I purchased a blood sugar monitor and my first test my bs level was a 77, 3 hours after eating a sandwich. My fasting bs was 96 the next morning. Before lunch that day it was a 78 only about 3 hours after breakfast. And 1 hour after eating a heavy meal it was 96. Since then I have had a few tests in the 70's and 80's range but I do not really know what to make of it. Any help?

Anything below 70 mg/dl is considered hypoglycemic. I try to keep my blood sugar 70-99 fasting and 100-120 during the day.

Normal blood sugar can be found by doing a tag search from the "Search" pull down located above.

I am really starting to get worried. My bs 1hr after a sausage and biscuit this morning was 105. Then 4 hrs after a chicken patty sandwich and a regular sweet tea (w real sugar) dropped to 73. (I had just eat a piece of candy bc I was afraid I was going to pass out too) I know that's not dangerously low but my knees were knocking I was shaking so bad. I do not have health insurance and I cannot afford to go to the dr so this is really my only advice. Please help me. I'm also annoyed that everytime I tell my family they brush it off like its nothing. It is something to me and I'm scared. So I am entitled to freak out a little bit.

Just try to eat a little more and hold your blood glucose between 100-120. Learn to count carbs, see the "Carb Counting 101" thread in the Type 2 Section. This will most-likely help you alot, because when you learn how many carbs that you need to maintain the normal blood sugar, you will be on the mark every time you test.
