Default Help I can't Sync.

When I try to sync I get the following error:

Sync Status
An unprocessable entity error has occurred. You may have deleted a log from your Web account that you haven't deleted from the app.

Except I haven't deleted anything. I have only been able to sync once.

Whats up??

tblackford88;

Welcome to the Forum!

Thanks for posting this information. I think that this may be the problem with a lot of the people that say that they can not sync. The only medicine that I input into to GB Log is insulin. I input this five (5) times per day and I know that it works with one or two types of insulin (meds). If they are trying to input every med that they take over the course of a day, this may be in fact their problem.

Thanks dano, you just solved my problem. I generically named my med "Insulin" and it always failed. I changed it to real name and it works. Thanks again!

This just did the trick for me. I am new to this diabetes stuff. What good is this tool if you can't track your meds?

There is a lot of good in this "tool"!

Obviously, you have never had to log your blood glucose levels, the old fashioned way, via pen and paper.
