My user name is Willycat because my cat Willy has just been diagnosed with diabetes. I know this forum isn't for pets, but I am totally in the dark about diabetes, so I'm here for knowledge.

I pick him up from the vet today, so it's all brand new.

I'm not nervous about the shots, I've given plenty and know the technique. They told me that he has been great and hasn't given them any problem. I'm more worried about signs and symptoms because he is dependent on me to know what he needs.

Anyway - that's why I'm here.
