Default Greetings from Long Island

Hi, I am a type 2 diabetic diagnosed 7 years ago and primly had it earlier then that as they say typically one has lived with it for 5 years before being diagnosed with it. I first was on insulin shots but now just have to take a pill. It is so important to keep good diet control. It took me many years to get this through my head lol.

shutternut;

Welcome to the Forum! The good diet control concept is difficult to grasp, I am glad that you were able to make the transition. Good luck with your management.
