cannot sync any more
Is anyone else having oroblems syncing? I have checked my account settings and they work OK but syncing always fails.

What message are you getting?
If you are getting something like "Unable to sync at this time", keep trying later, it will sync. Everyone should be having the same type of problem.

I'm also unable to sync - consistently getting "Unable to contact server" error.
I am also unable to enter logs on the website. |

It sounds like a password problem. Check your username and password information. Have you changed anything? Were you able to sync previously?

Thanks Dano, I had tried it a couple of times on different days but tried again after your response and it worked this time.

Doesn't Save
About half the time, the website doesn't do anything. I click SAVE and nothing happens. Wait a minute and try again. Nothing happens. Wait 10 minutes and maybe it saves.
Tried it at home, work and on my smartphone (in Internet mode since there is not a Windows app). Similar results.

Unable to Sync
Whenever I try to sync, I get an email saying that I need to click on the activation email that was sent after Registration. I registered over an year ago and I do not have that email. How can I get the activation email again?

Try sending an email to support and a pm to "admin".
