Default hello

Hello all! My name is Neil and I'm turning 29 soon and have been diagnosed with type 2 diabetes for almost 10 years. I live a normal active life and am trying to take this thing serious. My diet is a lot better and I try to carb count and adjust my insulin when necessary. I stopped smoking a while back and drink only on occasion but in moderation. My gf is very supportive but I am sad that we may never have kids together because I am too worried that our kid will be born with diabetes or develop it later on in life. My mother has been living with the disease for over 20 years now and her father also had the disease.

Neil, I'm a type 1 diabetic for nearly 23 years and I have 3 healthy beautiful children. Check out Paleo and Robb Wolf, it will change your life. Good luck!
