Default Blood readings

Today I took my AM readings in 3 different areas and got three way different numbers. My finger tip (usual spot) was 123, my toe was 114, and the inside of my forearm was 146. Why is this?

FYI, the inside of the forearm was where the workshop nurse instructed us to take readings from as well as the finger. I chose the toe because my finger tips are getting sore.

Thanks

Well this AM I took a finger reading and it was 119. I changed strips and took a second blood reading from the exact spot. It came in at 106. That's a heckuva difference.

Confuscious say: "Man who takes one reading always knows his glucose level. Man who takes TWO readings NEVER knows his glucose level".

I always take one unless its really high or really low. Then I do two as a double check.
