finger sticks
This may be an odd question, but I haven't seen it mentioned anywhere. Finger sticks don't bother me. I usually get enough blood very easily, maybe a tiny sqeeze. Every once in a while, I do that same light squeeze...and the blood goes shooting out. Tonight it hit my glasses, my face, even on my shirt. And this is NOT a hard squeeze. Do I just sometimes manage to hit just the right spot to do that, and has that ever happened to anyone else?

I can honestly say that has not happened to me.
Are you by any chance taking blood thinners (Coumadin, Plavix, etc.)?

All I am taking is metfornin, 500mg twice a day, and lisinopril 10mg once a day.
My mother has mentioned it happening to her once or twice, but I've done it several times. |

Yes usually when I take an aspirin. I haven't been taking them lately and haven't had that problem.
