Doc told me three months ago I have pre diabetes and need to start taking care of my self Well I didn't take it suriusly and it happened my blood sugar went Low 60 that was it for me. I will learn more about this disease and take it a day at a time

Thank you for the smile. I am on top of my disease today I will be for the rest of my life. I am only 48 years young I would like to see the Vatican one day

Education is the key. Take a look at the first 3 threads in the Type 2 Section. I am sure that you will accomplish your goal.
