Default vinegar and fiber???

I just saw the Dr Oz show where they mentioned a neat trick using vinegar and psyllium fiber before dinner to control the spike in BG after the meal. Is there any truth to this?? I am surprised I didn't see it on the forum. If it does work even a little bit I'll do it.

Vinegar has long been known to have medical values. The link to one of the discussions, on the GB Forum, is here.
