Default New Start to healthy Living

I just joined the forum. I was dx with type 2 diabetes five years ago. When I first found out I changed my eating and exercise like crazy. I think I got comfortable until I started to see my A1c climb up go 6.7 when it was 6.0 all last year. I have gained all the weight I lost and my daily out of bed readings of 110 have jumped to anywhere from 125 to 142. This is scaring me into doing something. So I'm looking for a healthier future and lower A1c again.
