Some mornings there is a very strong smell when I urinate. Could anyone help to explain or is that normal.

Your not drinking enough and you urine is concentrated. Is it dark yellow.

Make sure to get your kidneys checked. Was on metformin for 6 years or so. My kidney function has declined and I now have stage three kidney disease. Be very careful
