Smile newly diagnosed

I was just diagnosed 3/2011 as having type 2 diabetes...and it is a wakeup call for me...this is serious and I am anxious to change my lifestyle and eating habits...

Me too. Exercise and weight loss were key to dramatic changes in HA1c. The older you get the harder it is to maintain exercise level. Good luck!
