I have been trying for three days to get an answer from customer support and no one has returned my emai. This appears to be a good program, but as of now, I can't say the support is bad , because no one has gotten back to me which means the support is worse than bad

I emailed them maybe 2 weeks ago and still NO response. I love the app, but the support is horrid.

Lighten up people! Customer and Tech Support consists of one (1) person to do it all, this includes coding for new updates. If you can do better, you should volunteer your services!

One of the things I would like to see in one of the next updates is in the personal information section, is a change in the weight section. Right now the maximum weight you can enter is 341.9 lbs. I do not know about anyone else using this app, but my weight is higher than that so I can not use this app to also track my weight loss, at least not until I drop below 341.9 lbs, which is going to take awhile since I have weighted as much as 425 lbs, but currently I am around 400 lbs.

You are correct in that the maximum weight in the personal information section is set to 341.9 lbs. However, if you are trying or planning to track your weight with the Blood Pressure and Weight add-on, the maximum weight is set to 999.9 lbs.
