Default Typ2 dass Hello from Germany
Typ2 since 2007, hba1c 9.0 !
Start to Loose Weight from 124kg to 95-92kg, my new Hobby is running 40-60km per Week and Change my Food into lowcarb. Success my hba1c now is between 5.6 and 6.0 . This without Insuline or tab's!!!
