Unhappy Nutritionist frusteration

Grrr. I met with my nutritionist this morning. I had 2 fasting numbers over 95 (still under 100, but yes over 95) and she was upset with me. I brought everything else down in the last week to right where she wants it, but 2 stupid numbers out of 63 in a week and those get picked on as being "way too problematic".

Seriously, I brought down my average in the last month from a low 7 something to a mid 5 something and this is the response I get?

I mean, had there even been a hint of "wow this is so much better, a little more tweaking but you are on the right track" I could have handled it, but this just felt like a total failure

I am sorry for your frustration.

All I can say is that; this is so much better and you are on the right track, but you still need to do a little more tweaking. I hope you feel better now.

I am meeting with my nutritionist for the first time next week. I am newly diagnosed with type 2. I can only hope I do as well. Your nutritionist should have been more encouraging. Kudos to you. Keep up the good work.
