In GB it's the average of your daily inputs, as shown in the graph purple line.

Read through the first three threads in the Type 2 Section, when you get a chance, if you have not already done so. These threads will most-likely help you a lot. Self education is one of the keys to successful management of your diabetes, along with a healthy / sensible diet and exercise. Basically, diabetes requires a life-style change for the better. Good luck with your control and management.

It used to be under 150, then it was under 126, now it's under 99. I'm sure by next week it will be lower and impossible for anyone to possibly attain without medication, which is just what Big Pharma wants. Sickening!!!

Serialmom: it is not about "big pharma" it is about getting you the right info so you can live to be in your kid's weddings! Doctors leaning more every day are the reasons for slight shifts in target range. There is no one number.
