Default lost

My diagnosis was in May 2010 and everything was going great, my nurses were so impressed of me having blood sugar levels in the range of 4-8 for a whole year then everything slowly fell apart. I moved back with my mam and I kind of rejected any support and I felt like I could control myself and told everyone I was fine but I wasn't!!! It makes me depressed and I feel that I can't cope anymore. I know the consequences but sometimes i feel like I don't care what will happen too me. Now I feel like I must get back on track with my management because everyday I'm regaining my strength to get my life back on track.

Look for a diabetes support group in your area. The only people that can understand what you are going through is someone that has the same condition. Make some T1 friends and support one another.
